About Us

ARISE exists to equip, educate and empower effective soulwinners.

Equipping with tools. The right tools are essential for doing a job well. Nowhere is this truer than in soulwinning and evangelism. Tools don't work on their own; people must be trained to use them. Not only will the right tools - Bible studies, door-to-door surveys, The New Beginnings DVD set, apologetic materials, theological resources etc. be placed in the students' hands, they will be trained how to use them effectively.

Educating with knowledge. To share something, you must first know something. The students must know God and His end-time message, in order to share it, communicate it and preach it.
The ARISE educational curriculum includes:

  1. Bible Boot Camp
  2. Evangelism
  3. Christian Ethics
  4. The Book of Romans
  5. Apologetics (the defense of the Christian faith)
  6. The Book of Daniel
  7. The Book of Revelation
  8. Homiletics and Evangelistic Preaching
  9. Hermeneutics (Biblical Interpretation)
  10. Health and the Gospel
  11. Christian Leadership
  12. Church History
  13. Prophetic Guidance

Empowering with opportunity for ministry. Here is where ARISE shines. Because of ARISE's close relationship with the Michigan Conference, every qualified, motivated student that graduates from the flagship, four-month program will be given the opportunity to work, as a stipend-employed Bible worker, in the Michigan conference, or as a member of the ARISE Evangelistic Team. This third module is the capstone of the ARISE program. Not only are the tools given, not only is the knowledge imparted, but the opportunity to employ both of these is immediately afforded the now-equipped, educated, on-fire graduate.

More and more people, men and women, young and old, are seeing the darkness that is covering the earth and the deep darkness covering the people and are heeding the call to ARISE. Many sincere Christians have the desire to witness for Christ, but are held back by one thing – fear. They are afraid that they will not be able to do an effective job. They are afraid there will be questions they cannot answer; they are afraid of rejection. These same individuals are realizing that Jesus has given to them the responsibility to take the Gospel to this corrupted world, in spite of their fears, with the promise that He will be with them. When they step out in faith and answer the call to ARISE, they find that preparation, and practical witnessing experience is the antidote to all of their fears. With these fears dispelled, sharpened swords, and reinforced armor they courageously ARISE for battle and begin working like never before for the salvation of souls. Have you been hearing the call to ARISE?
