ARISE is fulfilling a very crucial and specific role in meeting the needs of this dying world.  ARISE is one of a very few institutions that offers a speedy preparation for a practical, powerful and personal soulwinning ministry—the very work that is essential for this time.  We believe that the precious probationary time in which we are living will not permit, for everyone, an opportunity for protracted years of study.  God is calling to His people to "Go work today in my vineyard”.  

Over the past four years at ARISE, more than 100 individuals, from all over the globe have been equipped, educated and empowered to effectively communicate the Three Angels’ Message and to win souls to Jesus Christ.  The four-month, intensive, training course has helped produce Bibleworkers, evangelists, domestic and over-seas missionaries, and even pastors, all of whom are on fire for spreading the truth of God’s word.  The number of souls who have already been won to the truth, and the Lord of the truth, by these trained soulwinners is encouraging and amazing!  Only eternity will tell how many lives will be forever impacted by these lifetime-soulwinners!     

ARISE is now coming into its fifth year of operation, which is sure to be the most powerful yet.  Word has spread about the quality and efficiency of the training provided, and we are receiving applications in record numbers.  The Lord is prospering this training center, and God has made it plainly evident that now is the time to expand the ARISE mission.  

Presently (and sadly), we have to turn away quality, prospective students because we only have the facilities, funding and staff to accommodate a maximum of 40 students per session. In addition, ARISE has just recently doubled its annual budget by assembling and funding a pilot evangelism team that is living and working in the Metro-Detroit area.  We are already seeing excellent results from this new team of on fire, young people, and we plan to further develop this new arm of ARISE as well.  

In addition to the ARISE Evangelistic Team, here are some other areas where ARISE has financial needs:

•    Worthy student scholarships.  It pains us deeply when we have an on fire, quality student who has to be turned away because he/ she lacks the funds to attend.  ARISE tuition is $4000 for the four months, and we have a policy of paying not more than half ($2000) of a given student’s tuition.  This gives the student personal investment in the program.  Worthy student moneys are a very real need here at ARISE.  Is God calling you to support a student or two in the upcoming ARISE program?  

•    Expansion of on-site training programs.  Hardly a day goes by that we are not asked to conduct a “mini” ARISE training session somewhere in the world.  This aspect of the ARISE program has been one of the most powerful and productive elements of ARISE!  We long to be able to fulfill all of these requests.  We need to add one more staff member (another trainer) and at least two more full-time Bibleworkers in order to broaden this critical and very-requested aspect of the ARISE training.  Perhaps God is asking you to help us provide more of these much-needed on-site training programs.       

•    An ARISE media website/ ministry is on the horizon.  We receive daily requests from people all over the world asking for audio sermons, video sermons, books, tracts, training materials, on-sight trainings, and correspondence training.  We feel that to more fully live up to our acronym ARISE—A Resource Institute for Soulwinning and Evangelism—we must make even more of our soulwinning and evangelism resources available to God’s people.  Most of these web-resources will be free—“Freely you have received, freely give.”  Is God moving you to help ARISE fulfill the Gospel Commission via the Internet?   


Yes, God has put a vision for the future of ARISE in our hearts, but we will need fellow visionaries to partner with us to make these visions a reality.  Time is short, and Jesus is longing to come back to take His children (many of whom are still out of the fold!) home.  We are certain that it is part of God’s plan to use ARISE to play a major role in hastening His return!  

Do you believe that the Lord is coming, and that the last great crisis is about to break upon the world?  So do we!  If you too are wistfully looking toward heaven, and have a burden to see the Gospel spread to the world, we would ask that you prayerfully consider financially partnering with ARISE to expand its mission of equipping, empowering, and educating effective soulwinners for Christ.

ARISE is not a large institution.  We have a modest annual operating budget.  We are looking for 200 partners—not just supporters, but partners—who can commit to contributing at least $1000 per year.  This would enable us to meet our annual operating budget.  We would rather have a smaller group of consistent supporters who genuinely believed in the ministry, efforts, and vision of ARISE than send costly, monthly requests via mail hoping that someone will “bite”.  In this way, money is saved rather than being spent on “righteous advertising”.

It is altogether possible that you would like support ARISE, but are unable to contribute a full $1000 per year.  Perhaps all you have is “two mites”.  We would still welcome with enthusiastic gratitude your contribution, whatever it is!  Our desire in adopting the Partner model is not to exclude those who cannot commit at that level, but to save ourselves energy and to save the Lord’s treasury money by not investing in costly, frequently mailed reminders of specific financial needs, projects etc.  We feel that money can be better spent.  Simple.
