Fall is always an exciting time at ARISE because that is when our Flagship students become a part of our daily lives for four months to be equipped as soulwinners. Plus, with a new location in Sonora, California, we can’t wait to see how the Lord will bless our program this year. On August 26, 52 bright-eyed and eager individuals arrived on our new campus at the Old Oak Ranch in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Half of our students hail from outside of the United States. This is our most culturally diverse class yet, with over ten countries represented (United States, Canada, Australia, Holland, England, Latvia, Switzerland, New Zealand, Austria, and Norway).

The program has been a great blessing so far. The classes have been inspirational and Christ-centered, the worships have been heart-warming and convicting, and the meals have been healthy and filling. One of the highlights thus far has been our two-week Bible Boot Camp (Doctrines) class. Some of the local Sonora SDA Church members joined us, along with others from across the US and even England. We had over 80 people spread out across the campus being taught how to effectively share what the Bible teaches with others.
